Power Driven Aggressor 98 Diesel Turbocharger Coating Raw
Power Driven Aggressor 98mm Turbocharger — Large Compound First-Stage Turbo The GTX5533R has long been the benchmark for high-horsepower compound turbo builds — but the price tag keeps most builds from running one. The Aggressor 98 brings the same dual ball bearing, billet compressor, and stainless T6 turbine housing platform to a price point that makes 1,200–1,800 HP compound builds actually viable. Designed specifically as the atmospheric first-stage turbo in a compound setup, the 98mm x 133mm x 138mm ETT billet compressor wheel and 1.0 A/R open volute T6 housing are optimized for maximum airflow at the top end — up to 230 lbs/min — with EGT reductions up to 500°F in 1,000+ HP towing applications. Specifications • Based on modified GTX5533R platform • Compressor wheel: 98mm x 133mm x 138mm ETT billet (6+6 full blade) • Turbine wheel: 112mm x 102mm, 10-blade • Bearing: Dual ball bearing • Compressor cover: 0.96 A/R ported shroud • Turbine housing: 1.0 A/R stainless open volute (non-divided) T6 inlet • Compressor outlet: 3.5" v-band • Turbine outlet: GTX55 standard 5" (5.156") v-band • Max compressor flow: 230 lbs/min • EGT reduction: up to 500°F in 1,000+ HP towing applications Compound Setup Examples (Tested) 6.7L Cummins — Aggressor 98 as Atmospheric 1st Stage: • Paired with 67/67 HE351cw — up to 1,200 HP • Paired with 467/83 — up to 1,500 HP • Paired with 472/87 — up to 1,600 HP • Paired with Aggressor 480/96 — up to 1,800 HP (block splitter below 3.5K RPM) 5.9L 12v Cummins — Aggressor 98 as Atmospheric 1st Stage: • Paired with 67/67 HE351cw — up to 1,050 HP • Paired with 467/83 — up to 1,200 HP • Paired with 472/87 — up to 1,450 HP (block/piston splitter — not intended for extended use) Installation Notes • Standard 6" compressor inlet • T6 turbine inlet (non-divided/open) • GTX55 standard 5" (5.156") v-band turbine outlet • Designed for use as the atmospheric (outer/first-stage) turbo in a compound setup Best for: Large compound turbo builds on 5.9L 12v or 6.7L Cummins targeting 1,000–1,800 HP.
